01What happens next

We read it properly

A real person reads what you sent — not a form-router. Expect a reply within a couple of working days.

A short conversation

We talk through the problem and whether the Foundry is the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.

A first plan

If it is a fit, we come back with how we would shape the work and where we would start.

02Questions, answered

Before you write.

What kinds of projects do you take on? +

AI-native products where our depth genuinely moves the needle — new products built from the ground up, or established ones being rebuilt around intelligence. If the problem does not need that depth, we will tell you.

How big does a project need to be? +

We take on a small number of engagements at a time, so they tend to be meaningful in scope — a real product or a substantial phase of one, rather than a quick task. If you are unsure, send it anyway and we will be honest about fit.

Do you only build with AI? +

We are AI-native by default, but we are not dogmatic. We build the right product for the problem — and if AI is not actually the answer, we will say so before you spend a budget finding out.

What does an engagement cost? +

We scope to the work, not the hours — usually a fixed scope for a defined phase, or a retained team when you need us embedded. You get the honest version of cost and timeline before you commit.

How are you related to Mango Zest Labs? +

Foundry is the studio arm of Mango Zest Labs. The same team that builds and runs our own AI-native product portfolio takes on a small number of outside builds — to the standard we hold our own work to.

Tell us the hard part. That is the part we want.
